The Principal Secretary for Roads Eng. Joseph Mbugua paid a courtesy call on the Kisumu Deputy Governor Dr. Matthew Ochieng Owili in his office.

He was accompanied by the Principal Secretary for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Dr. Esther Thaara Muoria and they were received by the Deputy Governor Hon. Matthew Owili.

The two are members of the National Steering Committee on Infrastructure, Transport, Energy and Light Manufacturing, and were in Kisumu on a site field visit of the Kisumu National Polytechnic  which is one of the five TVET institutions selected for improvement under the World bank funded East Africa Skills Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP) to receive an update on the status of project implementation and engage with the stakeholders.
