The 20th Cycle Annual Performance Evaluation FY 2023/2024
The Ministry of Roads and Transport today conducted a self-performance evaluation exercise in adherence to the 20th Cycle Performance Contract Guidelines. The exercise, which reflects the ministry's commitment to transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery, was overseen by the Public Service Performance Management Unit (PSPMU).
The evaluation focused on assessing the Ministry’s achievements against its annual targets and key performance indicators. Representatives from the two State Departments under the ministry participated in the exercise, showcasing their dedication to efficient and effective service delivery to the public.
The representatives from the PSPMU commended the ministry for its remarkable progress and alignment with the government’s broader development goals and the exceptional commitment to upholding the principles of performance management and efficiency in service delivery.
